Dick’s Kitchen Return/Refund Policy

We at Dick's Kitchen are very proud of the products and services that we offer our customers.  However, we are in the Specialty Food Business, and as such, we understand better than most the phrase “it’s all a matter of taste.”  Therefore, we realize that from time to time, a small portion of our customers will be dissatisfied for numerous reasons; breakage during shipment, product taste, product quality, or our products just didn’t meet with your expectations.

Because our products are shelf-stable foods that have to comply with certain Public Health issues, we do not accept return shipments.  However, we do ask that you notify us, within 10 days of your receipt of our shipment, of any shipping damage, or if the product integrity seems compromised in any way.  Also, we recognize that many of the items ordered from our web site are intended as gifts, and that the gift recipient may not open the package and/or taste the product for days or weeks after receipt.  If your gift recipient is dissatisfied for any reason, we will do all in our power to impart satisfaction.

Our method of dealing with your dissatisfaction, or the dissatisfaction of your gift recipient, is very simple.  We will either replace the product at our expense within 5 to 10 working days from the day that you notify us, or refund your money promptly using the same payment method that you employed when placing your order with us.

We ask that you contact us at 1-888-269-5628 with your complaint.  Alternatively, you can e-mail us at dick@dickskitchen.com to provide us with contact information and a convenient time to get in touch with you.  We will not process refunds or replacements without personally talking with you or your gift recipient over the phone.
